A beautiful Heriz that has to be seen to be fully understood. The camera relentlessly dislikes it so its true beauty is hidden, despite repeated attempts to capture it. Very fine, and in excellent original condition, this classy carpet shines with a beautiful patina, a lovely soft red ground and wonderful flashes of light blue, green, pink and olive, within a commanding main border in pure navy blue. It is an exceptional piece.
