A wonderful, tribal rug made with handspun wool and all natural dyes. The midnight blue field is covered in flowers and the weaver has cleverly arranged concentric diamonds through use of colour alone. Brick red corners are filled with multi coloured flowers and what looks like a row of rocket ships!. Finely woven and in great, original condition. The pile is a little flat but there are no significant repairs, with original side cords and even quite a bit of the original flat woven kilim ends. Lovely!
