Qashqai Shekarlu 5'2" x 7'9"

This South Persian rug from circa 1875 has oodles of presence. A very charismatic and charming rug with a field of boteh filled multi coloured stripes surrounded by a broad creamy white border of conjoined latchhook medallions. The original 'Checkerboard' ends are loosely drawn and surprisingly attractive. Now expertly restored in several places, the rug is in showroom condition and ready for your floor or wall.

Occasionally I also do a home trial, numerous factors can vastly change how a piece looks and feels in a room. Get in touch for more information
