Seychour runner circa 1900
Early 20th century Caucasian runner, a kind of Seychour, with the heavily stylised flowers that was popular in Western Europe - particularly France- at this time. Once sold by famed department store 'Harvey Nichols', their label should be worn as badge of honour, as they often dealt in very high quality handmade rugs. In excellent condition with good, original pile allover, some light corrosion to the blacks and a couple of small, well done old repairs.
Size 3'3" x 10'9"
Occasionally I also do a home trial, numerous factors can vastly change how a piece looks and feels in a room. Get in touch for more information
